Leads talent profiling initiatives to assess and identify key talents for leadership and other critical positions in the company
Designs and implements organization-wide, talent management programs (e.g.
talent retention and development initiatives) in support of company's strategic objectives
Proactively works with internal clients, HR centers of excellence (Learning & Development, HR Operations, Talent Resourcing, Organization Development) and HR Business Partners in the identification and implementation of interventions to talent management concerns
Conducts regular review of the talent pool and implementation of development interventions for key talents
Supports and provides inputs to the team's annual goals and action plan to operationalize strategic HR thrusts
Formulates and implements own goals and action plans to facilitate the achievement of team targets
Identifies and initiates value-adding programs to strengthen talent management practices in the organization QUALIFICATIONS
Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in succession planning / talentmanagement, learning, and development, or organization development
Graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or relevant course
Excellent business communication skills (written and oral)
Has good stakeholder management
Proactive and can work in a fast-paced environment
