Role : Finance (Reporting) Analyst Supervisor

What You'll Do :

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to support strategic decision-making.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in reporting workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide actionable insights.

Prepare presentations for senior management highlighting key financial metrics.

Manage deadlines for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis.

Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.

• Microsoft PowerPivot
• Microsoft PowerQuery
• DAX Functions
• Database Management / Maintenance (SQL, SharePoint, other cloud DB software)
• PowerBI
• Creating and Publishing Financial Dashboards, i.e. Profit and Loss, EBIT Dashboard, etc.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
