Job descriptionJob Specifications College graduate of a four-year course favorably with a background in Psychology or any Social Sciences With at least one year experience in related field With good communication and motivational skills Above average human relations and psycho-emotional quotient With a positive attitude towards work and co-workers Having a driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement Duties and Responsibilities Creates and implements local vocation plan Takes charge of the daily activities at the Vocation Center Prepares vocation materials and other campaign paraphernalia like brochures, testing materials, interview forms, letters and others Answers vocation inquiries e.g.
Search-in schedule, stages of formation
- Keeps records of vocation searchers, interviews and test results & others
- Makes announcements in the bulletin board and during novena / mass for search-in
- Arranges / coordinates schedules and conducts vocation campaigns and search-in sessions in different schools, parish, and youth
- 8 hour shift
- Parañaque City : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Pay : Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
