Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce or any related field. Certification as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial / accounting roles within construction, engineering, or related industries. Advanced skills in Excel and experience with ERP and reporting systems. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and within diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Performance : Engage in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities, supporting the preparation of periodic accounts and operational reports.
- Cost Management : Review and analyze labor costs and manage overhead costs effectively.
- Leadership & Culture : Drive organizational change with a focus on consistency, discipline, and efficiency within your team and across the broader company matrix.
- Stakeholder Management : Liaise with various internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Safety & Compliance : Uphold our Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Cultural Framework and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
