Job description

Qualifications :

At Least 5 years' Experience on Surveying Works with the Specialty of Land Development Construction.

Technical Know How to Set a Point, Markers and Other Survey Works References Requirement

Multi Skill Survey Aide which can Established Lay-out and Comprehend / Reading of Plans

At-least High School Graduate

Responsibilities :

1.Serve As Assistant of the Surveyor During Site Survey Execution of Land Development Construction at South Mid Land Homes.

Help the Surveyor by Regularly Checking of Staking lay

  • out During Construction Execution.

Responsible on Putting Markers on Survey Controls, Staka and Other Kind of Survey Markers During Site Survey Execution.

Assist the Surveyor to Provide As

  • Built Data of South Mid
  • Land Homes After Construction of Land Development.

    • Assist the Surveyor During As

  • Built by Blocking of Existing Montebello, Altamonte, Monte Vista and South Midland Phase 1.

    • Assist the Surveyor During As

  • Built of Existing Utilities Such as Drainage Line, Manhole Location, Water Lines Utilities and Meralco Post.

    • Regularly Coordinate with the Surveyor and Site Manager all Materials and Tools Needed For Survey Works Execution.

    Update the Site Manager and the Surveyor with regards to the discrepancy and irregularity you may encounter during As

  • Built and Survey or Site Execution During Construction.

    • Other duties that the management may assign.
