• Engage effectively with clients and ensure a shared understanding of their issues or concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate solutions in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
• Support customers with inquiries regarding digital printing machines and related services. Qualifications :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management, or any equivalent field.
• No prior work experience required; however, candidates with less than 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a similar role are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
