POSITION TITLE : Business Banking Sales Officer – Broker Channel
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key activities and decision-making areas TYPICAL TARGETS & MEASURESSells the Bank’s MSME products thru the different broker groups within the Bank to meet monthly sales targets. Ensures proper execution, pre-screening / KYC and closing of transactions for the brokers’ clients.Sales and channel productivities by way of turn-in and booking volumes; conversion of leads; # of document deficiencies.Implements marketing programs, showcases, sales blitzes and other campaigns. Leads the cadence for the Broker Awarding events and ensures Business Banking Support Team tracks production of the Brokers for the rewards.Required number of events / activities to include the awarding activities; number of leads generated.Gives regular updates to partners as to their performance, new product offers, promotions, policies, processes and turnaround time.Required number of engagement meetings or blasts to relevant audienceConducts product training, orientation or refreshers to the brokers. These include conduct of MSME education or financial literacy seminars.Issued certificates of training / attendance or accreditationConducts sales calls on own leads or broker leads Call reportsCredit and mortgage training, financial analysis, communication and presentation skills, sales (hunter), AMLA due diligence knowledge and skillsThe Profile
You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.You are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.Years of Work Experience : 1 - 5 YearsEducational Attainment : Bachelor's DegreeThe Employer
