What are we looking for?
Skills Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial management, contract negotiation, or procurement.
- Strong understanding of contract law and tender processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as contract management systems and financial analysis tools.
What will you do?
Lead the negotiation, review, and management of contracts and tenders to minimize risks and maximize benefits.Develop and implement commercial policies and strategies aligned with company objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment on business goals.Monitor compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and cost-saving measures.Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliability.Prepare and present reports on commercial performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.Join the awesome team and enjoy these benefits & perks :
