Senior Media Buyer – Direct Response (Meta Focused)

Remote | Full-Time | US Time Zone Overlap Preferred

We’re a fast-growing direct response brand selling books, essential oils, and supplements, with a mission to make natural healing simple and accessible for everyone.

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer to help scale our reach and impact even further.

You’ll be managing $10k+ per day in Meta ad spend (plus YouTube or other platforms if you’ve got the experience), thinking critically, analyzing deeply, and keeping our creatives fresh and high-performing.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage and scale Meta ad campaigns (and other platforms as needed), optimizing daily across multiple funnels and offers.
• Analyze performance metrics to guide creative testing, audience strategies, and scaling decisions.
• Write and refine hooks, leads, and ad angles to keep creative assets fresh and aligned with market trends.
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and video editors to brainstorm, brief, and launch new creatives.
• Conduct structured A / B testing (creative, copy, audiences, placements) and continuously optimize for performance.
• Stay sharp on platform updates, algorithm changes, and what’s working in direct response across channels.
• Identify bottlenecks in performance and troubleshoot issues to unlock further scale.
