Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in stakeholder and account management, along with strong administrative capabilities in HR and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate selection

Facilitate onboarding and ensure completion of all necessary documentation (e.g., 201 file checking)

Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

Support account management and nurture stakeholder relationships

Collaborate with HR teams for seamless handover and integration of new hires

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field

Minimum [X] years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

Familiar with onboarding procedures and employee documentation

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Experience using ATS or recruitment platforms is a plus
