  • JOB OBJECTIVES
  • To handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit in delivering the best customer service experience

    • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage large amounts of incoming inquiries
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
    • Go the extra mile to engage with the customers
    • Attempt to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation
    • Inform customer of deals and promotions
    • Do suggestive selling of the products and services
    • Utilize computer technology to handle high inquiry volumes
    • JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    • Clerical and communication skills
    • Must be willing to work on weekends and in shifting schedule
    • With at least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
    • Amenable and willing to work temporarily in Parañaque but will relocate to BGC, Taguig soon.
    • Salary
    • Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
