What is your mission?

  • You are also required to perform these job functions
  • Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.
  • Styling, shopping and selection of key - pieces of the current season up to the completion of whole looks.
  • Close cooperation with our Payment, Warehouse and Shipping departments
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Must have completed at least 2 years in College or possess Bachelor's / College Degree, in any field.
  • At least 6 months - 1 year (s) of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English.
  • Profound experience in customer service within the luxury fashion industry as well as in dealing with premium clients.
  • Competence in style and good knowledge of the high-end fashion brands.
  • Working computer skills required (MS-Office).
  • Proactive, good organizational skills and time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for supported Bi-lingual channel
  • Mandarin or
  • Hangul (Korean)
  • Minimum qualifications may be waived depending on the total years of experience and result of assessments.
