Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Job Qualifications
  • Must High school graduate
  • With at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Can do onsite work in Laguna, Alabang or Cavite
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) with at least 1-year BPO experience and have excellent communication skills
  • Salary
  • Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule :

  • 8 hour shift
  • Supplemental Pay :

  • 13th month salary
