Job Title : Sales Admin Assistant Qualifications : Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, or any related field. At least 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative work, or customer service. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage and organize multiple documents and sales files. Capable of handling clerical tasks, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the Sales Coordinator and Sales Executive. Must be customer-focused, with a courteous and helpful attitude. Able to handle client inquiries and assist the sales team in addressing customer concerns. Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays during peak retail seasons, if necessary. Salary Range : 15,000 to 16,000 Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm Work Location : Antipolo
