Manage and perform the requirements of the sales force according to the policies established by the company
Ensuring compliance with the annual sales program, developing plans of action for the main distributors (sell in), according to company's policies and practices, in order to maximize profit margins and achieve client loyalty.
JOb Responsibilities :
Customer
Develop plans of action for main distributors, according to the client's needs and available resources, so as to increase sell-in sales and earn their loyalty.
Develop plans of action for stimulating based on sales programs established with distributors (sell-out agricultor's purchases).
Plan and coordinate, along with the Marketing department, product advertising campaigns defining volumen, price and special payments, so as to promote sales and fulfill the annual program.
2. Process / Operation
Manage stocklists, reprogrammings or stockouts so as to give solutions to distributors and guarantee market presence.
In charge of forecast for Chile, by consolidating information delivered from each region.
Manage the connection between the distribution channel and management team, delivering information to distributors regarding policies, releases, and campaigns; and receiving concerns and claims from them in order to solve them with the corresponding involved areas.
Financial
Handle product prices within the pricing process boundaries in order to maximize margins without losing market competitiveness.
4. People Management
Build, manage and develop team of Sales & Promoters
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Education : Agricultural engineer. Desirable with a specialization in marketing or commercial areas
Experience : 7-10 years experience in agriculture, preferably with Agrochemicals or similar products. Have experiences managing a team
Technical Skill : Sales management; Basic finance concepts; Know about biological problems, products and crops in the areas of influence
Behavior Skill : Customer Orientation, Change Management, Communication, Individual development, Orientation to the result, Leadership of people
