Senior Landscape Architect

Responsibilities : Lead the full spectrum of design work including concept development, design detailing, and preparation of working drawings and presentations.Produce high-quality drawing packages such as working drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and graphical presentations using PowerPoint or other visual tools.Collaborate with external consultants and internal project teams to ensure seamless coordination and successful project delivery.Participate in client meetings and pitch for new projects, contributing to business development efforts.Conduct regular site visits to oversee design implementation and ensure quality standards are met.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive design environment.Coordinate closely with project stakeholders throughout various project stages.Undertake any other related duties as assigned by management.Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in landscape design and project coordination.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (e.g., Revit), SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications.Skilled in freehand sketching and visual storytelling.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.Willing to travel for site visits, meetings, and project coordination when required.
