Driver / Maintenance

Qualifications :  High school diploma or equivalent.  At least 1 year of driving experience with a valid driver’s license.  Experience in basic maintenance and repair tasks is a plus.  Good knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.  Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.  Strong organizational and time management skills.  Good communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to lift and carry heavy items when necessary.  Willingness to work flexible hours. Work Environment :  Primarily works indoors but may involve outdoor tasks depending on assignments.  Regularly interacts with staff, clients, and providers. Key Responsibilities Driving Duties :

• Safely deliver checks, documents, employees, goods, and materials to designated locations.
• Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in proper working condition.
• Adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations at all times.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other necessary repairs.
• Promptly report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor. Utility and Maintenance Duties :
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks within the office or facility, including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the premises, including common areas, storage rooms, and office spaces.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure the upkeep of equipment and tools.
• Support office operations by performing errands, such as purchasing supplies or delivering documents. Work Schedule : Monday to Friday Working Hours : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
