Must be a Registered Nurse with updated PRC License.
At least 1 year of extensive experience as Company Nurse specifically in a manufacturing set-up.
Preferably with Hospital or any related Medical setting experience
Preferably with recent training and certificate for First Aid Training and other Safety Training like BOSH.
Skilled in MS office especially in Excel.
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Responsible in daily monitoring of the health declaration form for the employees before entering in their designated area as well as the clients / contractors / applicants and orient them with safety protocols before endorsing them to the concerned personnel.
Provides Basic Healthcare need of the employees / clients such as wound dressing, vital signs, medicine administration and any health issues that need counseling.
Assist the Company Physician in performing his / her duties and evaluate the health of employees.
In coordination with the company physician through phone calls of ill employees or emergency cases.
Maintain a quality, clean and safe company clinic by cleaning and disinfecting as well as the other rooms to be use in coordination of a custodian.
Ensures the confidentiality of all employees' records / files and document all employee health checkup from time to time.
Submission of health and safety reports as per requested by the DOLE such as Annual Medical Report.
Responsible on filling of SSS Sickness and Maternity benefits and claims
Weekly checklist / inventory of medicine and medical supplies and refilling of stocks.
Verifies Medical certificate for fit to work.
Assist the HR Department for the reimbursement of medical expenses of an employee.
Responsible in conducting First Aid Training, Safety Training and Health Awareness program in coordination of the safety officer.
Facilitates / assist the employees during APE and monitors the progress in relation to the APE results.
Responsible in Facilities Daily Cleaning Monitoring.
Conducts Monthly GMP Audit
Responsible in answering the main telephone line in the lobby area and assisting visitors.
Assist the HR Coordinator for the newly hired applicants by providing Ishihara test with a quick medical interview.
Assist the HR Department on Health-related trainings and programs.
Take minutes during meetings
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
