Job description

Operates, monitors and services facilities common area equipment.

  • Records all operations parameters.
  • Maintains equipment records / history.
  • Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of tools and work area.
  • Implements routine maintenance works.
  • Undertakes and / or assists in equipment servicing works.
  • Performs other duties which will be required by the Immediate Superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Willing to be assigned at Makati Can start ASAP
  • With at least 2 year experience in civil related works (Carpentry / Painting / Masonry / Plumbing and Electrical).
  • With background in banking facilities, call centers, data centers, residential condominium & commercial / office properties.
  • Salary
  • Php17,000.00 per month

    • Schedule :

  • 8 hour shift

    • Ability to commute / relocate :

  • Makati City : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
