JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales to meet and exceed company revenue targets.

You will serve as a key point of contact between our company and clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

What You'll Do :

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up
  • Present, promote, and sell products / services to existing and prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and keep detailed records using our CRM (Zoho or similar).
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach and lead generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, earning high commissions for performance.

  • B2B Sales Experience
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in lead generation, cold outreach and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
