Production Supervisor

Supervising the whole operation.

• Monitor the plant performance
• Roves in the whole process area.
• Checks all the parameters.
• Reviews the production logbook.
• Monitors of all plant equipment.
• Checks the total production and report it to the BUH.
• Checks of plant performance.
• Monitors the product quality.
• Gives instruction to Sr. process specialist for some adjustment needed.
• Observes any changes in the production.
• Provide administrative support to the different departments for office issues and concerns
• Assists employees if there is a necessary document needed.
• Leads huddle meeting with production team if there are problems encountered.
• Ensure compilation of records of tools and equipment
• Ensures compilation of records of tools and equipment.
• Reports Submission
• Daily Accomplishments Report, to be submitted daily, on or before 5PM
• Makes production report from past 24 hour of operation.
• Other tasks
• Complies and implements all Company policies adherence to Company Code of Conduct and Discipline and Safety Procedures
• Qualifications
• Graduate of Engineering, Industrial, Mechanical or Electronics and Communications
• Minimum of 2- 4years experience in Engineering and Maintenance positions; 2 years of supervisory position
• With good managerial skills and has attended trainings related to managing people
