Propose, implement and facilitate company-wide Culture Development Plans and Projects
- Execute one on ones with staff and help coach them to their goals while keeping in mind the organization's goals.
- Conducts on-boarding and culture development orientation
- Gather value adding feedback, concern, question, suggestion, request (CONQUEST) among employees and help the management in addressing their concerns.
- Empower people and embrace the uniqueness of each individual.
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently

Job Qualifications :
Graduate of any business courses, BS / AB Psychology or Human Resources ManagementAt least 1-2 year work experience as HR Supervisor or in mentoring, developing & cultivating culture in a companyKeen eye to details, organize and systematicGood communication skill (oral & written)Good interpersonal relation skillsHas good leadership skills, employee management and administrative skillsTrustworthy and with good moral characterGood analytical skill and attention to detailsExercise professionalism at all timesSalaryPhp18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthBenefitsOn-site parkingSchedule :
