Job Description :

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of paid advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support internal recruitment and client acquisition efforts. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to grow our presence on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads, and eventually across other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with a focus on lead generation, recruitment marketing, and brand growth.
  • Manage and monitor ad performance daily to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
  • Create and test targeting strategies to reach key audiences : clients, job seekers, and niche talent pools.
  • Write and refine ad copy aligned with our tone, value proposition, and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creative assets.
  • Implement and manage tracking (pixels, custom events) to ensure accurate attribution and ROI tracking.
  • Analyze campaign data and produce regular reports with actionable insights.

  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and scale successful campaigns across platforms.
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, targeting, bidding strategies (CBO, cost cap, bid cap).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Excel / Sheets.
  • Experience with ad copywriting and basic creative strategy.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for lead quality and ROI.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience running ads for staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or B2B service companies.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other platforms.
  • Working knowledge of CAPI, CRM integration, or tools like Hyros, GoHighLevel, etc.
  • Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads certifications.
