Housekeeping Staff

Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, lobbies and public facilities under supervision of housekeeping supervisor.

Promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should be able to address guest requests and problems.

He / she should maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all housekeeping departmental policies / service and also the hotel's procedures / standards.

Additionally, maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.

• Qualifications
• High School Diploma / College Level
• Preferably with Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Housekeeping
• With working experience related in this field is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a team or independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional attitude is required

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
• Shift system

Supplemental Pay :

• 13th month salary
