• What is your mission?
• Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers.
• Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated.
• Develop and deliver ideas to the creative team of art directors and designers.
• Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and departments of the organization.
• Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
• Who are we looking for?
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Possesses strong communication and writing skills, witty, and with a flair for being creative to effectively represent the company.
• Possesses strong attention to detail, is meticulously organized with big volumes of projects.
• Highly self-motivated and organized when handling different initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
