Educational Background

  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, especially for B2B or technical sales)

Experience

  • 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (entry-level)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
