Job description

The Housekeeper / Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas according to the company's standards and procedures, relaying and follow up of rooM / Facility defect repairs, proper handling and care of housekeeping equipment, proper usage of supplies and materials.

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
  • Performs rooM / Facility cleaning with strict adherence to cleaning standards and Finishes the assigned room for general cleaning in accordance with the set standards both in time and quality of cleaning.
  • Performs minor repair and maintenance such as changing of light bulbs, tightening of loose screws and the like.
  • Reports room defects and follows up unattended defects
  • Maximizes housekeeping supplies and materials and adheres and implements cost savings measures.
  • Lost and Found

Surrenders items left by the guest to the Duty Manager.

  • Qualifications
  • At least Senior high school graduate
  • Courteous and tactful
  • Can converse well in English and Tagalog
  • With pleasant customer service oriented personality
  • HR Office (For Interview and Orientation) is in Pasig City
  • Can start ASAP
  • With 6 months to 1 year experience
