Governance and Process Compliance :
Enforce adherence to Sun Life's governance frameworks, templates, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects, including providing training and coaching of proper use of PPM toolsConduct compliance checks and provide guidance to teams on meeting process requirements and documentationIdentify and recommend enhancements to existing governance processes to improve efficiency and outcomesConduct Audits :
Plan audits for projects, production support work, and coordinate audit activities with key stakeholders.Ensure that the schedule is workable for the project and still meet audit report targets
Conduct interviews with the project team and gather relevant information to ensure that the activities are consistent across the team regardless of roleEvaluate the overall implementation of the initiative against the standard process (PAL)Identify non-conformances during the document review and interviews and provide recommended solutions relevant to the project to address the gapEnsure that comments and feedback are provided in a timely mannerPrepare and present the audit results and recommendations to the Delivery and Project ManagerProvide information on the possible impact in case the recommended actions are not implementedVerify the corrective actions by the project and ensure that it is executed on time and is documented properly for common referenceFollow through with the audit action items until the correction of all the non-conformities have been attainedSupport Continuous Improvement ActivitiesAssist in analyzing the audit results based on the commonly raised non-conformances.Develop corrective and preventive actions to eliminate further non-conformances in the futureRaise Process Change Requests (as necessary)Reporting and Analytics :
Track metrics, develop and maintain dashboards to report on platform / project / product performance, delivery metrics, and portfolio healthAnalyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementCommunications and Stakeholder Engagement :Prepare and distribute clear, concise communication materials such as Market / project-level.Team Collaboration and Leadership :Act as a bridge between agile squads / project teams, agile coaches, and leadersProvide coaching and support to delivery teams to enhance their effectiveness and alignment with Sun Life standards
