QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.At least 1 year relevant work experience in Sales & Mktg.or similar field preferred.

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide assistance to the Sales & Mktg.
Head to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Collate and maintaining client information in the database.
- Assist the Sales & Mktg.
team in developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide daily support of business operations to customers.
- Prepare and deliver customer account reports in timely and accurate manner.
