LITIGATION / CORPORATE LAWYERRequired qualifications and skills :
- A member of Philippine Bar in good standing (Fresh Bar Passers are encouraged to apply);
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Team player, with good interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Willing to travel; and
- Eager and willing to be exposed in the following fields of law : 1.
Corporate :
Merger and Acquisition;Corporate Housekeeping;Intellectual Property Law;Regulatory Compliance;Facilitate all legal documentation of the clients regarding matters affecting their business;represent corporate clients before government entities (DOLE, Bureau of Immigration, LGU, PEZA, CEZA, CDC).2.Criminal Law :
Represent clients during inquest / preliminary investigation proceedings or cases before all courts either as private prosecutor or defense counsel;Represent clients in high profile cases;Prepare affidavits, motions, pleadings and other legal documents.3.Labor Law :
Advise clients on matters pertinent to labor issues;Prepare memorandum and other necessary legal documents;Represent clients before the Labor Arbiter, National Labor Relations Commission, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.4.General Litigation Practice :
Attend all types of hearings as may be required by the Firm or its clients;Draft and execute all forms of pleadings and other legal documents;Provide point to point legal planning to prevent possible adverse legal implications;Negotiate extrajudicial compromises to prevent litigation;Preparation, drafting and execution of contracts as may be required by the Firm's clients;Conduct onsite and offsite research;Analyze and scrutinize legal documents;Supervise legal assistants and staff;Provide sound legal advice to existing and prospective clients.Successful applicants will enjoy a competitive compensation package.Fresh bar passers are encouraged to apply.J-18808-Ljbffr
