Job description

Assist to install and configure product hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

  • Provide additional information about the product to the customers
  • Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks
  • Provides technical support across the company (may it be remotely and, in the office, onsite)
  • Performs all technology related concerns related to the product and services offered by the company
  • Qualifications
  • TOP REQUIREMENT : MUST be fluent in English both for written and verbal
  • experience with BPO company is an advantage
  • must have some technical knowledge and experience on how to do remote support using Anydesk and Team viewer thru the computer
  • fresh graduates are welcome as long as they meet the first requirement which is to have fluent English
  • entry level of IT support is okay too
  • must be able to work onsite in Makati City (Brgy.

Poblacion area)

  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

    • there will be a shifting schedule after 1 month of training.

    Schedule may be graveyard, morning and mid shift.

    All are just 9hrs total in the office
