Overview
The HR Business Partner shall demonstrate success in providing HR partnership and guidance to support shifting business priorities and ensure consistency.
This position shall manage employee relations and investigations, management counsel, policy analysis and implementation, reporting, performance review and compensation guidance, staffing, and business unit benefits and payroll support.
Aid the operations team in managing risks by ensuring business operations are performed in compliance with the policies.
Ensures readiness for external and internal audits.
They must be able to develop and implement programs that will aid the efficiency of Operations in all compliance and employee related activities.

Partner with business and functional leaders to offer HR solutions achieve business goals.
Serves as a strategic advisor and partner business regarding HR programs, policies, and employee issues.
Manage the business annual performance management process from goal setting, performance reviews to performance distribution management.
Provide HR support in the areas of employee activities, career management, employee relations and retention, employee engagement, organizational policies, and compensation.
Accounts for progressive discipline with regards to attendance, performance and all aspects of company policy up to and including termination.
Works proactively in the areas of diversity, attrition analysis and retention strategies, and change management.
Collaborates in delivery with HR functional teams to ensure consistency in philosophies and alignment with business goals.
Supervises, coaches and develops Human Resource Specialist and / or on-site Human Resource.
Provides guidance regarding policy and procedures for employees in the business unit.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with senior stakeholders to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Provides feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Support internal communication on HR cycle programmes, HR policies as well as engagement
A bachelor's degree in human resources or any related field, such as business management.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a HR Business Partner / HR Site Lead with extensive knowledge in all Human Resources facets in the BPO / Shared Service industry.
Extensive background in Philippine Labour Law and comprehensive knowledge in the principles and practices of all HR functions.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
