Key Responsibilities : Union Relations & CBA ManagementServe as the lead negotiator in collective bargaining processes.Administer and interpret CBAs, ensuring consistent application across the organization.Build and maintain strong relationships with union representatives to promote open communication and resolve issues proactively.Grievance & Dispute ResolutionManage the grievance process, including investigations, hearings, and resolutions.Represent the company in arbitration and mediation proceedings when necessary.Labor Strategy & ComplianceDevelop labor relations strategies that align with business objectives and legal requirements.Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws, including documentation and reporting.Training & SupportTrain managers and supervisors on labor relations practices, CBA interpretation, and union engagement.Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and performance management within unionized environments.Policy Development & ImplementationCollaborate with HR and legal teams to develop labor-related policies and procedures.Monitor changes in labor legislation and advise leadership on potential impactsReporting & AnalyticsMaintain accurate records of labor relations activities, grievances, and negotiations.Analyze labor trends and provide insights to senior management.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.5+ years of experience in labor relations, preferably in a unionized environment.Strong knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
