Csr - Customer Service Representative

We are looking for newcomers looking to work in the Call Center industry.

We are looking for individuals who are determined to work and willing to learn their roles.

But ultimately, we are looking for people who have excellent communication skills.

As a customer support agent your role will be providing service to our many international clientele in the following :

• Providing assistance in resolving issues
• Handling feedback and complaints from customers
• Promoting products and services
• Overseeing and processing of Billing and Payments
• Qualifications
• Must be a Senior Highschool or Highschool (Old Curriculum) Graduate
• Must not be enrolled in any academic track
• Must have 1 year Customer Facing Experience (Clerk, Cashier, Frontdesk)
• Must be Fully Vaccinated
