Brief Description : Manage the end-to-end recruitment for indirect positions. Procure assessment examination form for applicants Oversee pre-employment requirements : Orientation, Documents verification, background checks, and medical clearance Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) Issue and monitor employee performance evaluations. Prepare recruitment reports, including KPIs and hiring timeline tracking. Qualification Required : BS Psychology At least Two to three years work experience in Recruitment and Selection Proficient in MS Office Knowledgeable in Labor Code of the Phils. Must be a licensed psychometrician.
