Lathe Machinist

Lathe Machinist for Tambo, Parañaque City.

• Understand sample parts, blueprints, drawings, or engineering and production information to determine methods or sequences of operations needed to fabricate products.
• Design fixtures, tooling, or experimental parts to meet special engineering and production needs
• Prepare necessary tools and equipment needed for the job.
• Prepare necessary consumables and materials
• Verify conformance of workpiece to drawing and specifications using calibrated measuring instruments or tools.
• Report any trouble encountered during a job run
• Perform daily and preventive maintenance on the assigned machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs as needed.
• Responsible for the quality of machined items and ensuring that the required product specifications are met.
• Responsible for maintaining the assigned equipment in good working condition through performing the preventive maintenance plan.
• Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience specializing in maintenance and repair of Facilities / Machinery or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in using Lathe Machine, Milling Machine & Shaper.
• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays and render overtime if needed.
• Salary
• Php570.00 - Php650.00 per day
