Job description

We are seeking a multi-talented professional who excels in developing and managing learning management systems(LMS) . The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, creative individual with experience in managing online learning platforms. This role will support the delivery of educational content, training programs, and digital marketing materials.

LMS Platform Administration Responsibilities :

  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System ( LMS ), ensuring smooth delivery of online courses and training materials.
  • Manage the uploading, organizing, and updating of course content, videos, quizzes, and other learning materials within the LMS
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for learners experiencing difficulties with accessing or navigating the LMS.
  • Track and report learner engagement, course completion rates, and other key metrics to assess the effectiveness of the content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Instructional Design, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in educational content creation or elearning development.
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS for LMS customization.
  • Familiarity with project management tools ( Trello, Asana, etc .)
