• who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks :
• You will process billing request.
• You will be asks to facilitate upgrades and conduct basic troubleshooting.
• You will provide solutions to account information inquiry.

• Open to college graduates with at least 6 months of work experience in inbound customer service support
• Open to college undergraduates and associate degree graduates with at least 1 year of work experience in inbound customer service support
