Position Overview
We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to help our US client.
This role will be instrumental in maintaining financial records for our Philippines entity, coordinating with our external accounting firm, and providing essential financial analysis to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Primary Duties :
- Accounts Payable (A / P) : Process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and maintain accurate vendor records
- Accounts Receivable (A / R) : Process customer payments, manage collection activities, and maintain customer account records
- Cash Flow Analysis : Develop and maintain basic cash flow forecasts and reports to support business planning
- Accounting Firm Coordination : Serve as primary liaison with our external accounting firm, ensuring timely submission of documents and information
