Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system needs and provide functional recommendations.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Provide user training, documentation, and support for SAP HCM functionalities.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and integration with other SAP systems.Experience in Payroll, Time Management, or SuccessFactors is a plus.Ability to analyze complex business processes and provide efficient solutions.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications :
SAP HCM certification is an advantage.Experience in global SAP HCM projects or working with multinational clients.Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP S / 4HANA HCM.
