(Know-Your-Client) Associate

The Shared Services team is comprised of the RFP and Onboarding teams.

RFP Team is responsible for interacting and coordinating within areas of the firm to actively address RFP, DDQ and RFI requests and complete all corresponding documentation.

The Shared Services department focuses on addressing a wide range of responsibilities that are detailed above.

The group acts as an intermediary across all teams within the firm, fielding a myriad of questions and inquiries.

In addition to being the liaison between internal groups, the shared services team delivers high quality client service to external business relationships.

• Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Associate is to prepare and complete client questionnaires and other deliverables on a Quarterly, Semi Annual and Annual Basis.

Deliverables should be completed and populated within the due date agreed upon with the client.

Excellent command of the English language - decoding, fluency, vocabulary, sentence construction and cohesion, reasoning, working memory and attention.
