Stratpoint is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager focused on Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to join our growth-minded team. In this role, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth in partnership with Sales and Business Unit Heads. You will oversee the design, execution, and optimization of end-to-end demand generation campaigns, working with an experienced in-house team of content, creative, and marketing specialists.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in B2B marketing for tech services, who thrives on data, experimentation, and collaboration to meet ambitious lead generation and engagement goals. You will be the driving force behind ABM programs and product marketing support, helping turn our go-to-market strategies into measurable success.

Demand Generation
Plan and execute lead generation strategies that fill the sales pipeline with qualified opportunitiesOwn marketing automation, CRM integration, and funnel optimizationTrack and report KPIs such as MQLs, SALs, conversion rates, and campaign ROIContinuously test, iterate, and optimize campaign performance across channelsAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)
Partner with Sales to launch targeted ABM campaigns to engage key accounts and decision-makersCustomize content, offers, and outreach strategies based on buyer personas and intent dataEquip sales with tools, battle cards, and case studies to support conversionsEvaluate ABM effectiveness using engagement, conversion, and revenue metricsCross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to define and execute go-to-market messaging for core services and solutions aligned to target markets and strategic objectivesCoordinate with creative and content team members to produce compelling digital assetsAbout You
At least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Communications, Marketing or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in marketing management or related roles, preferably in a software development companyA strong understanding of demand / lead generation principles and strategies.Experience in client-centric or opportunity-centric marketing is an advantage.Experience with CRM, marketing and analytics toolsExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to multitask, work cross-functionally, drive alignment between teams.The requirements listed in this job description are guidelines, not hard and fast rules.
