Care Center Manager

Job Summary : Join our team as the Care Center Manager for the DDH Primary Care Center!

You'll be at the heart of our operations, planning, managing, and directing daily activities under the guidance of our Lab and Diagnostics Division Heads.

Your leadership will ensure our center runs smoothly and efficiently, providing top-notch care to our patients.Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategic plans for the department, aligning with our overall goals.Create annual plans focusing on financials, customer engagement, people development, internal processes, and quality.Ensure goals are met by monitoring and adjusting plans, and reporting performance to division heads.Assist HR in recruiting, training, and retaining staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training.Promote accurate reporting and resolution of incidents to maintain high standards.Oversee work assignments, vacation schedules, and training to ensure smooth operations.Ensure adequate staff, supplies, and operational equipment.Prepare for unforeseen events to keep the center operational.Work with other department heads to resolve issues and promote efficiency.Ensure adherence to government regulations and company policies.Inspire and motivate the team to achieve institutional goals.Uphold and implement the organization's vision, mission, core values, and quality objectives.Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in any field (healthcare-related preferred).Advanced Degree : Master's in Nursing or Business Administration is a plus.Experience : At least 3 years in clinical management.Skills : Knowledge of revenue cycle operations.Specialized Experience : Minimum of 2 years working with standalone laboratory and diagnostics.
