Job description

Perform quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation for materials and labor for budgeting and cost control.

Assist in preparing engineering design drawings, technical details and design revisions based on site requirements.

Prepare, review, and organize technical documentation including shop drawings, specifications, and reports.

Responsible for coordinating with the fabrication team to ensure all details are properly reviewed, aligned with other trades, and verified to suit actual site conditions before execution.

Join coordination meetings with design consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely submission of design deliverables.

Conduct site inspections and / or vitural meetings to provide on-site technical support and design-related actions.

Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during construction in support to project management tracking of deliverables

Maintain documentation of revisions, clarifications, and design changes.
