Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Lead market research efforts, including surveys, focus group discussions, and industry studies, to gather data for informed decision-making.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Analyze market data and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Support and oversee the implementation of activations (events, exhibits, trade shows) and product launches.
Collaborate with sales, implementation marketing, and project development teams to align marketing activities with business objectives. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience (market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong Organizational and Project Management skills, Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Having an experience working in a Real Estate industry is an advantage Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
