Powered by algorithm-based optimisation, dynamic routing, end-to-end tracking and a data-driven approach, we provide best-of-class delivery services that delight both the shippers and end customers.About the Job : The Head of Communications shall be responsible for developing key messages aligned with the company's business objectives, ensuring these messages form the basis for storytelling in the Philippines.Main DutiesDeveloping team members' career paths and supporting their personal growthRepresenting the communications team in management discussionsManaging and accounting for the communications team's budget allocation and spendDeveloping communication strategies and implementation plans for external and internal stakeholdersIdentifying and measuring success metrics for communication strategiesAugmenting marketing strategies through organic media outreachCollaborating with other marketing departments to ensure consistent messaging across projects and campaignsDriving strategic partnerships with local government units, industry associations, and coalitions to refine local positioningMonitoring policy and regulatory developments and developing corresponding communication strategiesSecuring external speaking opportunities for senior management and leveraging these opportunitiesPreparing for and managing crisis communications when necessaryEngaging with government, international organizations, academia, non-profits, and private sectors to promote the company's objectivesCreating and publicizing content that articulates the company's policy positions in media, briefing papers, government consultations, and other platformsQualificationsBachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields with proven successAt least 8 to 10 years of progressive PR experience in service or tech companies, with strong media contacts in business, tech, and lifestyle sectorsStrong writing and oral communication skillsExperience in event and project managementKnowledge of influencer marketing, social media marketing, and stakeholder mappingProven leadership skillsAbility to craft effective messages across various platforms (press releases, speeches, social media, corporate communications)Excellent English and Filipino oral, written, and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailProficiency in Google Suite and enterprise software
