Role Summary
As Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will own delivery and mentor other members of the team. You will lead and ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous manual and automated testing. Combining leadership and technical expertise, you will drive IT Applications projects to deliver high-quality systems that exceed expectations.
What You Will Do
- Core
- Collaborate with other Leads to provide support and recommendations regarding testing approach impacting other teams
- Effectively communicate with the management and delivery leads
- Conduct presentations to cross-functional groups on test solutions delivered
- Represent your technical area and IT on cross-functional enhancements and projects, including the coordination and resolution of appropriate issues.
- Own the triage process
- Act as a Regression Coordinator across teams.
- Ensure IT Principles & Values are followed.
- Monitor Delivery Team metrics and drive improvements
- Drive team members to suggest ideas for innovation and ensure follow-through.
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior members to enable them to contribute more effectively
- Provide out of hours support as requested for incidents
- Coordinate test efforts with all affected parties, , business stakeholders, other IT teams
- Contribute to Performance Feedback
- Participate in technical analysis and design review sessions
- Lead in bug and metric review meetings for stream

Essential :5+ years of solid experience in application QA / testing2+ years of QA leadership experienceSFDC background is a mustExperience with SFDC test automation toolsExperience in functional, enterprise-system level testing and a strong desire to learn automated testing tools like Selenium or Provar.Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing practices.Ability to ensure accountability and communicate effectively with diverse teams.Proven record of driving results and engagement, while supporting team objectives.Expertise in creating, planning, and executing test strategies and test plans to promote quality in all aspects of deliveryAmenable to work on EMEA Shift (4PM-1AM)Desirable :
