Reports directly to the Country Managing DirectorAssists and acts in confidential capacity to the Senior Leadership team in providing advanced and diversified executive supportPrepares and maintains the Country Managing Director annual budget and expense reportsCreates reports and analyzes data and statistics on a regular and ad hoc basisPerforms other duties and functions that are incidental to the duties described above, or those which may be required or requested by your supervisor from time to time. It includes but is not limited to :Calendar ManagementTravel ReservationsEvents ManagementMeeting management and recording of minutesPreparation of meeting presentationsOther administrative dutiesQualifications
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in business, statistics, accounting, administration or related fields
- At least 2 years relevant work experience. Prior experience in a similar role working in a matrixed global organization would be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with numbers is preferred
- Candidate must be highly organized and must be able to collaborate with cross-functional groups
- Ability to multi-task and adjust work schedule according to business needs, must be open to occasionally working the mid-shift (once a month).
- Assertive and must be able communicate with people from all levels in the organization
- Meticulous, good attention to detail, able to work with minimal supervision
- Customer-oriented
