Job description

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Open for CSR / TSR / RTA candidates.
  • Graduate in any discipline OR at least 2nd year college diploma
  • Must be work at home capable (Internet speed is 15mbps download and upload)
  • Must have their own computer / laptop
  • Minimum Experience : at least 1 year experience in BPO or in any field.
  • Strong oral English communication skills is a must
  • Amenable to work on night shift Job Responsibilities :
  • Work closely with TA Manager in all aspects of recruiting operations
  • May Source, pre-screen candidates and actively provide recruiting operations on the status for each applicant and onboard hires
  • Adhere to standard US process and accurate information and communication when inviting applicants.
  • Communicate with assigned sites on show up information’s on invited candidates consistently
  • Keep track on adherence to sourcing work flow process and provide feedback to any work process related issues and concerns.
  • To be efficient for each work flow process
  • Keep Data information on shared drives consistently with high confidentiality.
  • Execute special projects as required
  • Submit daily productivity reports to HR TA Manager
  • Adhere to company standards for time and attendance / allowed break hours, leave’s protocols.
  • Execute work related task that will be assign from time to time.
  • Performance Indicators / SLA :
  • Process Excellence JOB CONTEXT :
  • To manage for a Division HR associate role and generalist HR activities.
  • Job-Specific Skills :
  • Conversant with the latest trends in Recruiting domain.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle or relevant HR software package.
  • Has knowledge of HR TA concepts and application.
  • Excellent in online tool Navigation (computer savvy / mobile savvy)
  • People dynamics. GENERIC SKILLS
  • Excellent Communication & social Skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • High Service Orientation.
  • Obliged to finish the deadlines. COMPETENCIES :
