Ensure the right number of manpower per department
Traffic job posts to different job sites such as Indeed, Job Street, Best Jobs, etc
Perform employment screening and initial interview
Conduct employee orientation
Ensure proper documentation of 201 files
Conduct stay and exit interview, and employee clearance
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
Conducts monthly timekeeping for direct and indirect hire
Process and enroll employees in government-mandated benefits, payroll, bank, and health card
Ensures on-time payment of government loans
EMPLOYEE RELATION
Execute semi-annual and / or yearly performance evaluation to identify areas of improvement
Initiate and propose seminars, workshops, and training to educate and enhance new skills
Study and abide by labor laws
WORKPLACE SAFETY
Work with company Safety Officers to perform workplace health and safety programs
Submission of yearly DOLE Reports
ADMIN DUTIES
Monthly monitoring of company mobile plans, attendance, and delivery
Assist the executives
